Applied Computational Biology and Bioinformatics
Welcome! The ACBB group at the Paterson Institute for Cancer Research develops and applies software tools for the analysis of complex cancer-related datasets. We are a multi-disciplinary team of computer scientists, bioinformaticians and biologists. We collaborate with basic- and clinical-scientists and spend most of our time working with high throughput gene expression data arising from microarrays and quantitative proteomics.
